today i'm gonna to crap bout leadership qualities. my definition and crappy thoughts.
ok, first of all, i'd hav to agree there are so many types of leadership skills tat one gt go dizzy just by thinking bout it, some actions are acceptable, some a shock to the system and needs to get used to, some controversial enough to report to the gossip column and some, just so darn subtle u are only reminded of it when everything goes real smooth and u just wonder y is it so, then u thought, ooh..sodeska..
anyway..as i was saying, different types of leadership skills.

this part just struck it with me, i think it's so true, it kinda knocks me off my head at time. course, there are other articles tat knocks me off the cradle, still, let's focus on tis first.
strong silent type; the type tat works in the background, ushering the right ppl for the job and making sure all is well and runs smoothly are the leaders we all encounter everyday but never awknowleged cos he/she is just too darn subtle. they are the most steady minded of ppl under particular situation tat they are best at applicating their leadership skills, tat they probably suck at the other field of their lives, for example communication w ppl whom they care lots cos they only know how to show their affection thru actions, which are mostly subtle ones, so their love ones probably wuldnt recognize it until somebody pointed it out to them or whack them w the reality club. these are typical problems w the strong silent type la, they dun wanna take credit for wat they do thus they keep quiet bout it, thus no body knows and one day, they got pissed off over some small matters and start barking other ppl's head off for no reason and kinda think their life suck and why nobody cares and bla bla bla..then they end up taking prozac or goin to the shrink or taking up drinking, smoking and clubbing till their head explode. thank goodness for friends who keep them grounded. as they say, birds from the same feather flocks together.
ok, the dynamic leader; so versatile u kinda wish they are never born in the first place. so perfect in many ways tat one couldnt see any error or flaws to them. they are in charge of their lives and whenever a crisis appears, they soar w sparks emanating from their very being. so one can only feel a secret envious of these bunch of ppl cos their lives seem so brady bunch and ala stepford wives, if they are married. everything's cream, pink or silver, whichever color suits them. but life is so darn ironic tat if u look deeper into their lives a little too closely, they suffers from the perfection syndrome where their self esteem lies in a heap everytime somebody mentions, "ooh, i see a little flaw here. hmm, u arent so perfect after all." they may be the very epitome of creme de la creme, even though ppl feel envious of them, nobody would want their lives; too much expectations and maintenance. but the society has demands of them, thus they are never out of supply. and lucky for them, they hav their family to anchor them whenever they feel they are depressed.
the aggressively cheerful and extrovert are the ones tat we all see as the spark tat lights up and so noticeable in a crowd. they stand out amongst the rest and seems like nice ppl to be with. life's irony is these bunch of ppl are fickle in a way tat everybody expects them to be fun fun fun 24 7 where as they are also human at times and lead boring lives at other times. and their enthusiasm lights up and dims like the genting city during nite and day; huge contrast of emotion. these bunch of ppl are just a turmoil of emotions..calm and outgoing on the outside but a typhoon brewing internally. so these bunch of ppl either needs a load of prozac med or needs to realise that they dun hav to be all fun fun 24 7. still, with them in the crowd, one can rest assure tat it's never gonna be quiet.
i define human as a contradiction of emotions, actions and thoughts. all three in perfect harmony of contradicting one another..like the yin yang symbol, the good and bad, the white and black. it's when all three entity reach somewhere in the middle, tat's when the harmony begins. who says its ez being one of the most intelligent beings on earth. i wonder if dolphines suffers the same enigma or not? hmm..but they sure as heck cant administer a blog, hahahaha..
