last sunday

last sunday i went to a property fair with a friend. we saw a few houses and some to my liking, he saw a couple he might thought of enquiring. even saw some shoplots for sale; rm500 deposit, each month paid rm1k+ and they'd rent the space out for u and u can earn by rm400+ each month. sounded like a nice deal, except yesterday was the last day for the promo where u can also save up to rm40k+ in the long run and the com we've never heard of.

anyway, sterling pj's condo seems like a nice deal, around rm170k+ for 1200+ sqr feet but it's a list hold, meaning the land only belongs to the owner for 99 yrs.

i saw a plc near jln ipoh, cost around rm150k+ for a duplex, 1100+ sqr feet. very nice with it's own garden n parking, except it's also a list hold. saw one in ampang area also, rm170k+ for list hold for 1100+ sqr feet, many areas around kl are list hold.

saw some really nice plc in usj, but darn expensive, condo already cost rm280k+, but great facilities, one at usj1 got it's own private cinema n garden on rooftop. saw one condo at hartamas, gorgeous settings, got 3-4 pools available, on top of a few commercial sites and 2 parking per condo. cost pretty nice too, simple over rm300k+ and over. *phew..

was a nice outing, get to imagine living in those quarters a while..haha..great imagination. wonder when can i get one for me own..hmm.

then had dinner and b*tched and chatted. then we go to the topics of attraction, more towards the physical type of cos. i was asking him wat type is he :
* hair-guy = guys who check out the gal's hair; length, straight, curl, shine, the works,
* face-guy = guys who likes the face of a gal,
* boobs-guy = guys who check out the boobs,
* butt-guy = guys who check out butt,
* hand-guy = guys who like the hand slender, long, firm, etc,
* leg-guy = guys who check out legs,
* feel-guy = guys who depends a lot on feel
* overall-guy = guys who likes symmetry in the whole outlook of a person
..etc etc..meaning there's a part bout a person tat really attracts a person. it's very specific, shallow and yet pretty general as it's a trait shared by many others. of cos, as usual, he didnt answer me back. most guys get toppled off by such questions, ironic aint it..hard to admit i guess.

for the opposite gender, there's the :
* face-gal = gals who are fascinated by the guy's face,
* arms/shoulder-gal = gals who likes the width of the arms/shoulders on a guy,
* hair-gal = gals who check out guy's hair based on curl, straight, shine, the works..
* height-gal = gals who likes their guys tall,
* hands-gal = gals who check out the hands on a guy,
* abs-gal = gals who check out abs on a guy,
* leg-gal = gals who look at guy's legs,
* muscle-gal = gals who like their men muscular
* feel-gal = gals who depends a lot on feel
..etc etc.

*sigh..i can write a book here. *rolling-eyes.

it's weird ppl dun discuss tis sort of stuff yet they oogle at others? at least i'm pretty honest w meself. i'm a 100% butt-gal, 60% height-gal, 30% shoulder-gal, 20% hands-gal n i like me guys to know how to blush..so gals out there, come hollar w me!! hahaha..

well..will hav to discuss more w me galpals on tis. it's always a sizzlin topic. >:)
